Well, the dance recital has come and gone! Y'all, it is a BIG deal! A week of rehearsals and dress rehearsal leading up to the big event. I am so thankful for Melanie, Audrey's friend's mom. She helps us out soooo much with so many things. Mainly transporting Audrey to and fro. It's hard for a working momma, but she makes it so much easier. She was awesome to take Audrey to rehearsal. Audrey did dance two years ago, skipped last year and did it again this year. After the recital our first year, Audrey said she didn't want to do it anymore. Well, she said the same thing this year. This time I think we are done! She just never really got into it. That's okay with us. She will take art again next school year and we may try gymnastics.

JUST Beautiful! Warning-if you get into competitive gymnastics, those meets make dance recitals seem tame & there's not just one a year-MULTIPLE FUN TIMES!
Props to you for making it through the WHOLE recital! I had to sit through a few and once your people are done with their dance, it's torture!
